The house is situated in a quiet off street close on the edge of Arbury. Close walking proximity to Cambridge Regional College, and 10 minute walk to the science and business park. Not far from the property are parks for walks and relaxation.

The gardens are maintained by the landlord on a regular basis.

The house is well maintained and all tenants take care of the communal areas.
