This is for a large double room in a lovely shared house, close to the town centre (Debenhams about 500yds away), walking distance to train station, Musgrove Hospital, town, hydro office etc.

The house has been newly renovated, brand new kitchen, new bathrooms, new carpet, newly decorated etc.

It is large, light and airy, with a nice sunny garden. Warm.
There is a shared kitchen, new washing machine, new tumble dryer, microwave, kettle and everything else you need.
There is a shared lounge with sofa, tv and breakfast table.
2 shared bathrooms and 1 en suite (no ensuite with this room) so lots of room.
Shared sunny (when not raining!) garden, room for bicycles.

The present flatmates are 1 male medical practitioner and 3 overseas nurses from India, they are lovely, warm, welcoming people. During the next couple of months their contracts expire and they are to return home, so the house will change quickly over the next few months.
It will be set up for working professionals and I try very hard to put people together who will get along, rather than just take the first people through the door, as happier houses are much more fun to live in! The present housemates would prefer a professional housemate but you don't need to be a nurse or medical! A desire to muck in with communal cleaning and be friendly would be greatly appreciated. This is a happy house and it would be good to have someone who would enjoy and compliment that and to keep that feeling moving forward.

(There is another room that has just come up for rental, as one of the girls is moving to be with new husband, same rent as this one listed, available Jan 17th, lovely light room, new carpets, good furniture. Any questions please ask.)
