Got a 4 Room House. Need someone to join Contract

I am Petra from Czech Republic and along with my two male house mates from England and Lithuania are looking for someone who is a student (to keep council tax to zero) and might be a good fit for our team.

Anna whose University is far from ours would like to leave the tenancy at the break clause or before. Therefore, you would join the contract for the last 6 months. We are looking for a single female University Student exclusively.

Bills are not included and we would need to share among four.

There is one bathroom but it is centrally located and we have a little patio.
