This very attractive student house on Spencer Road is at the rear of the College Road campus. It’s also just across the road from the Leek Road campus.

Hence, the location of this house for Staffs Uni students couldn’t be sweeter.

There are four bedrooms. Two with en-suite and two that share a downstairs bathroom. Each bedroom is light and bright. And each has a desk and chair to make studying that bit easier.

The bedrooms are quite spacious, carpeted and nicely finished with neutral tones.

The communal lounge is very roomy. It, too, is carpeted and decorated with an urban aesthetic. There are two 2-seater sofas, wall-mounted TV, and coffee table and chairs.

The open plan kitchen comes with everything you need. There’s an integral cooker and hob, free-standing fridge freezer and ample storage space.

Following on from the kitchen, there is a utility space that houses a washing machine and dryer.

Spencer Road is at the rear of the College Road campus. It’s also just across the road from the Leek Road campus, separated by Boughey Road. Therefore, you can be at either campus in little more than a few strides.

Stoke town centre is a short distance away, as is the local train station. The local Sainsbury’s and Lidl supermarkets are less than a mile away.
