All rooms are fully furnished with double beds and mattresses, bedside units, wardrobes, chest of drawers and some with desks and chairs.

The communal kitchen/diner/lounge is fully equipped with all essential appliances.

Zone 'MC' parking permits required only between 5PM-7PM daily, otherwise no permits required. You should contact the local council to check availability.

TENANT CRITERIA:

• Working professionals only / Masters/post-grad students considered (must be working too) / UC accepted
• Must prove income of at least 30x the monthly rent or we may ask for a guarantor
• Must have no active CCJ’s or IVA’s or a we may ask for a guarantor
• Must have a positive employers reference
• Must have a positive landlord/agent reference if currently renting

GUARANTOR CRITERIA:

• Must be permanently living in the UK for more than 1 year
• Must provide proof of current UK address and previous addresses where applicable
• Must be permanently employed or self-employed for more than 1 year
• Must prove income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must have a fair to excellent credit score with Experian
• Must have no active CCJ’s or IVA’s
