Ideal location with easy access 10 minutes from Leeds City Centre. Great local amenities. Local train station has a good train service providing direct and easy services to York, Leeds Hull, Manchester, Liverpool, Selby and more.

We all are very clean and tidy and the house is well kept.

House has well kept back garden with nice herbs and plenty of space for barbecues!

10 minute walk from Garforth station and two minutes walk from the high street with great local shopping amenities nearby.
