Located on a back lane in a village within the ring road of york near acomb, knapton gives you the taste of rural life but it’s very well connected to town and access to ring road & A64. Great pub, the Red Lion, is a minutes walk away.

The room available looks out over fields, it’s a good sized double with massive fitted wardrobes. You’d be living with just me, and my dog Monty, so dog friendly people only apply! He’s a very good lad.

Large kitchen and family bathroom, downstairs loo, large sitting room with log burner & french doors out into sunny medium sized lawned garden. Parking at the front.

Potential to fit in some office space for working from home, i work from home most of the week.

I’ve also got a horse, lots of livery yards here if that’s your thing. Would also consider well behaved dog or .cat
