AFFORDABLE accommodation offered in WIMBLEDON, SW19 area, excellent opportunity for a Female preferred Homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help/support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
The following transport lines have routes that pass near Mostyn Road
There is a 8/10 minute walk to the buses, train, tram and tube station
• Bus: 163, 164, and 152 takes you to South Wimbledon station
• Train: SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAY, THAMESLINK and Tube: DISTRICT LINE
• Tube: NORTHERN LINE
• Tramlink: TRAM
Travelling by public transport is very convenient with many buses to London and surrounding areas.
There are many local shops are walking distance 5 to 8 minutes’ walk there is a co-op, Tesco, flower shop, pharmacy and the medical centre.

HOUSEHOLDER
A lovely lady in her in her 80’s and has a beautiful clean semi-detached house. She has always lived with her husband until 2012 when he passed away.
She is a retired professional cellist with a music degree and plays the piano, which remains her principal hobby.

She was attracted to Homesharing as she would like the company; she is fit, well, and does not require any medical help. She was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2013, she is on medication which she takes herself and is living a normal life.
She is looking for a friendly homesharer who is happy to give her companionship, help around the house and is attracted to joining Homeshare.

ACCOMMODATION
Newly decorated and refurbished 12’6” x 8”room with a single bed, which overlooks the front garden, the room is bright and warm with a large central heating radiator and double glazing, It has a wardrobe with a small pull down desk top, a set of drawers and set of large drawers the line basket and the shoe rack are in the corridor outside the room. There is a separate room for laundry washing, drying and ironing the clothes. The bathroom is shared there is a bath with a shower toilet and sink. Also the other shared facilities are the kitchen with storage space, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dining room and living room.

There is WiFi available.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised
