This house is in the popular Christchurch park area, close to the town centre and shops and is kept in a homely, clean and tidy condition by the girls who live here. All rooms have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv point, lock on the door and there is wireless internet throughout the house. It is a female house share, based on four sharing so ideal for making new friends if you are new to the area.

Living there at the moment are three really friendly females aged between 26 - 36. The girls keep the house in such lovely condition so they are looking for another like minded female housemate who is willing to be part of the house and socialise with them. The girls all relocated to Ipswich and only met when they each moved in to the house but have really made it their home.

The house is a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, and a 2 minute walk from a local convenience store. The communal areas are cleaned weekly by a cleaner (a complementary service at no extra charge) and they consist of a kitchen/dinner complete with all appliances, bathroom and a lounge. There is a lovely private and secure garden with access to the road via a secure locked gate so ideal for storing bikes etc. Bills, council tax, utilities etc are included in the price so nothing else to pay other than the room rent.
