In the shared living room, there is Sky (full entertainment package/sports & movies) on a 50+" TV. Plenty of seating area in the living room for the whole-house if needs be.

All rooms have at least a double bed and we choose king size mattress' where possible. Any special requests for desks can be accommodated if we have one in storage / not being used.

Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, oven, microwave, fridge freezer. In every house, there are laundry facilities available (separate washer & dryer).

Kingswood is an extremely popular area due to having David Lloyd Gym/tennis, bowling, cinema, pubs, restaurants, 24hr Asda all on your doorstep. A local Co-op is only a 10-minute walk away too.

At the majority of our properties in Kingswood, there is lots of off-street car parking. However, there is also plenty of on-street parking and it's very safe due to being a quiet area with few cars constantly passing. Excellent travel links to/from the City Centre and surrounding areas. Bus station approx 2-3min walk away which takes you directly into town via Avenues / University.
