Hi, if you are a Masters or PhD Student we have one generous sized room for rent in a lovely modernised Post Graduate Student house.

Female and Male Students are welcome. You must be a Full Time Post Graduate Student at Exeter University.

The room will be available for the 2023 > 2024 Academic Year, with extensions available for longer stays. The "Move In Day" is 1st September. 2023. An earlier date may be possible.

Please Note : The minimum Rental Period is for 43 weeks and can be extended. Lets discuss your needs.

The house is located in the Mount Pleasant district and is ideal for the University's Streatham and St Lukes Campuses and the Medical School.

There is "on street parking" at the front of the house.
It is regulated with Residents Parking Permits at £35 per year. 2 permits are available for each property.

The house is spacious and warm. It has 5 Study/Double Bedrooms, a large Kitchen/Diner with a sofa and small communal area to spend time together, Bathroom, Shower Room, Rear Garden with Lockable Bike Store. The house is Double Glazed, has Gas Central Heating and is well equipped, comfortable and clean.

All of the appliances are the latest low energy products to reduce the cost of the Utility Bills

There is a Virgin 100Mb Internet service with WiFi throughout the house.

The House is a Non Smoking house.

This is an ideal house for Post Graduates needing a friendly, comfortable and quiet place to live and study. The Rents is £480 per calendar month

Utility Bills are extra and average £13 per person per week.
