Fully furnished cosy double bedroom with front outlook available in large stunning house. The room has a large cupboard outside of room for extra storage.

Wonderful lounge with original features. Large smart tv on fireplace wall with some awesome decorations to make to make the house nice and homely.
Two bathrooms one with a corner jacuzzi bath, one upstairs and one downstairs.
Sunny kitchen breakfast room with all mod cons.

The house is located in a great spot within walking distance of Plymouth city centre, Mutley plain, the train station, Plymouth central park and Plymouth uni.

The availability of these rooms is often short lived due to the welcoming nature of the house, the housemates are always friendly and have a great sense of mutual respect between them. Many of the tenants here have lived in this house comfortably for years.

The communal areas are always kept clean and tidy.

The rent includes council tax, water rates, tv license & wireless broadband internet and No Tenant Fees. The house also has regular communal area cleans by our loverly house keeper Lauren who also assists in the viewings process.

Gas and electric is payed via a smart meter shared between house mates
With regret we do not accept universal credit, smoking inside the property & pets.
