We are an easy going professional home share. We are sociable but not party animals. 4 bedroom home which is bright, airy & lovely to live in.

45 mins commute door to door to either the West End or City - strike proof as access can be via fast train or bus & tube!

The 20 mins Waterloo train service from Barnes Bridge & Mortlake train stations is every 15 mins & stops at Clapham Junction (for Gatwick), Vauxhall (for Victoria line tube) & ending at Waterloo (for Northern, Bakerloo, Jubilee plus Waterloo & City tubes). In the reverse direction trains go to Kew, Chiswick, Brentford, Kingston, Weybridge, Windsor & Reading.

By car it's 0.5km to the South Circular Road, M4/A4 10 mins, A3 5 mins.

Bus stop is a few mins walk and 209 buses leave every 6 mins to Hammersmith Bridge 10 mins away. Hammersmith has 4 tube lines - Piccadilly, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City lines.
378 buses also leave every 6 mins to connect with the District tube line at Putney Bridge.
419 buses leave every 15 mins to Richmond 10 mins away.
533 buses leave every 15 mins to Hammersmith via Chiswick Bridge.
The N22 all night bus services the area from the West End.

On street parking is permitted from 9-11am on weekdays issued by Richmond Council for approx £110 pa and the rest of the time it's free.

Alleyway at back of property has secure locked gates to the road.

This part of Barnes/Mortlake is affectionately referred to as Little Chelsea and it is a safe, peaceful as well as happening place to live. Great neighbours, 2 minutes walk from the river with White Hart pub (Oxford v Cambridge University Boat Race on the River Thames goes past the end of the road in April), coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops incl Sainsburys Local and M&S Food Hall.

Richmond Park is just over a mile away. Walking and cycling options are great plus there are plenty of rowing clubs and gyms locally.
