There's a shed for bike storage, and on-street car parking is available. The house is on a quiet one-way street.

The housemates are friendly working professionals, who keep the house tidy.

The bills are organised and shared between the housemates. They work out to be about £150 per person per month.

PS There are plenty of shops - about 400 within 10 mins! - loads of pubs, and restaurants, gym,...and connections for anywhere South are excellent and central London is quick by train - London Bridge (15 mins from East Croydon), Victoria (15 mins from East Croydon - and Late night services back from Victoria, and 25 mins from West Croydon), Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings X, Charring X etc. And West Croydon trains go to Wallington, Carshalton, Sutton, Epsom, Selhurst, Dorking, Leatherhead, and loads of other places....Trams go to Beckenham, Elmers End and Wimbledon. And the buses go almost anywhere you might want.

The London Overground from West Croydon goes to New Cross, Canada Water (27 mins), Whitechapel and up to Dalston Junction.
