If you're looking for a single room that is convenient for the hospital, the city centre, Coventry University etc. this could be the place for you. Make no mistake, it's 'cosy' at about 3m x 3m but it has all the essentials and the shared areas are very spacious.

It's fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and bookcase and there's room under the bed for storing clothes. You have access to the rest of the house - except the other bedrooms - and there is space to work in the dining room and/or study.

We'll put space aside in the kitchen cupboards and the fridge/freezer for you. There's a huge meadow just outside our back gate and the garden is pretty big, too.

Broadband is included as are all bills except the telephone. Our house is very convenient for the city centre (direct bus, takes 15 minutes) and there are takeaways, convenience stores and a Post Office nearby. Warwickshire Retail Park is 5-10 minutes away by bus where you will find a wide variety of facilities including a supermarket, M&S, Asda Living, Boots, Costa, charity shops and a gym.

There will be three of us in the house from April onwards - one teacher and author (52), one home help (50) and one other lodger (31).
