Our properties are fully furnished with kitchen and laundry facilities.

Have you own bedroom furniture? We may be able to provide the bedroom unfurnished.

Please note, rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes. New tenants are required to bring their own bedding and any kitchen essentials.

𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲
We offer a 3 or 6 month fixed term contract, at the end of the fixed term the agreement will become ‘rolling’ with a months’ notice required to terminate. We can offer shorter agreements and rooms for couples – additional charges may apply for these types of tenancies.

Macclesfield is a 25 minute train journey from Manchester city centre and around 12 minutes from Stockport. There is an excellent bus service to key places including Astra Zeneca, Alderley Park and Macclesfield hospital. The town centre has a great mix of shops and supermarkets, an independent cinema, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and pubs.
