Trains take just 2 minutes to Wimbledon and 25 minutes to London Bridge. The Tooting overground station is also just 10 mins away, serviced by Thameslink trains.
The Tandem Shopping Centre and Merton Abbey Mills artisan food market are both a ten-minute walk away. Other amenities include a Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury, Boots, KFC, Nandos and many other restaurants. For the health conscious the Nuffield Gym amongst many others are situated close by.
