There is a large garden with patio. The house is located in a corner and therefore there is plenty space for parking of up to 4 cars. There is also street parking to the front.

The property have three toilets; the ensuite comes with it’s own toilet and shower, and the other two rooms will share the other two toilets (one bathroom with shower located on the first floor and one toilet located in the ground floor)

The large ensuite includes a Super King Size bed, mattress but can be replace with a Double bed if needed, two bedside tables and a large fitted wardrobe.

Owner have two beautiful indoor Persian cats but they will be relocated to a family home in Bristol in January 2022.
