Double room for short term let close to Media City

I'm looking for someone friendly and clean to rent my large spare double bedroom short term.
I moved here about three years ago and it's been almost completely renovated.
I currently rent the room out to theatre professionals on an 'ad hoc' basis but i am looking for someone who will stay for a little longer.
The room is available at a price per week but I can also do a few nights a week or monthly, as long as it's a minimum of three nights a week. Please message me to discuss.
I'm very happy for short term lets and can discuss longer term stays on an individual basis.
It’s 35 min walk to media city, taxis are about £6, 30 min bus ride into media city or town, or 15 min in cab. There is on street parking.
Council tax band A.
The room is clean and bright with plenty of space. You will have access to a big bathroom, kitchen, living room with NOW Tv.
I work from home for most of the week, mainly leaving the house to walk my dachshund Inka, who is 3. She is very friendly and used to having lots of visitors - all she asks is the occasional belly rub.
