Hi - I have a large double room to rent in my Victorian house in Levenshulme, 4 minutes from the railway station and 192 bus route and 2 minutes from the Fallowfield loop cycle route. It's a shared house (share kitchen, bathroom and lounge). The rent is £340/month, with 1 month rent in advance together with 1 month as deposit. There's a washing machine, broadband and your own fridge. Since the enrgy costs went mad last year I ask for a small extra contribution for the gas and electric. This will go down if and when the costs reduce - possibly a big IF!
Me - I make instruments (accordions) and also work using specialist technology to enable people with disabilities to play music. I'm very much into cycling!! If you're interested please contact me.
