Looking for someone who is comfortable in their own company as I work away and don't spend much time at the property.

You will need to be responsible and not have a loud, large party lifestyle as I want someone who can care for the house as if it is their own.

I am happy to consider professionals or students so long as you have a source of income.

I am looking to rent the room to a single non smoker only - No couples or people with pets considered.

Room: Large quiet room facing the garden with built in wardrobes, newly carpeted and furnished with a double bed.

The House: 3 bedrooms, dining/kitchen area, lounge, one bathroom, great outdoor space, fibre broadband and a fortnightly cleaner all included in the rent.

The Area: Quiet street - Plenty of on street parking - Short walk to Asda, Pure Gym and the outside space at Debdale Park -On a frequent bus route to the city centre, Denton and Hyde (201/203/204/205/206 departing every 5 minutes during the day) also a 10 minute walk to Reddish North train station.

Me: I work away a lot so my time in the house will be sporadic that said I am a friendly, approachable gay man and happy to sit and have a brew and a chat when I am in the house.

I will also always be contactable via phone when I'm not around should you need anything.
