Double room en-suite in centre

I have a double room with en-suite shower bathroom right in the city centre. It’s really an amazing location and excellent value for the rent that we pay. With bills it comes up to £615 everything included. (electricity, internet, tv license, home insurance, council tax). There would be a deposit of around £500 and an agency fee of £150 to sign contract (6 months)
It’s 5 minutes to Deansgate, 10 minutes to Spinningfields (hub of all bars and restaurants) and about 20 minutes to northern Quarter (quirky area with independent bars pubs and small restaurants)
My current flatmate will be moved out by 25th of February as he is moving in with his girlfriend.
I work in a restaurant/bar as business development manager so my hours are Monday- Friday.
I am a pretty average adult I’d say, enjoy gym Netflix, going out etc. I’m very tidy and the flat is always clean. My flatmate, as he is a boy, doesn’t really contribute to cleaning but he also doesn’t make any mess, as long as we have the same deal or if you clean after yourself we’re sweet
The flat comes with everything you need so no need to spend lots of money when you move in (you’d need bedding and towels)
