PLEASE NOTE RE COVID 19 : I am unable to accommodate a 3rd person working from home, my new housemate would need to be back at work full time.

Hi, I'm looking to find a female housemate to join myself and my other female lodger. Age around 40 to 65.

I have a lovely, newly renovated, contemporary home in Prestwich. ( A nice suburb of north Manchester. ) Very close links to the motorway, trams and buses into city centre, and media city. The trams and buses are a very short walk from the house. Tram only takes 15 mins to city centre. The village has a fantastic choice of, amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes

My home is 3 storey. You would have a large and airy newly furnished double room, on a seperate floor to mine, with it's own large contemporary bathroom, with bath and shower. This floor has it's own staircase, hallway, utility room, and another double room, and is exclusive to you and my other lodger. ( a professional 46 yr old lady, who is very friendly, and very clean and tidy )

You would also have the use of a shared living room, a sunny light south facing kitchen diner, and a sunny enclosed garden. There is plenty of parking at the front of the house.

The monthly rent includes all bills and superfast broadband.

I'm a very friendly, busy
professional female.

I'm not much of a party animal to be honest, so this is not a party house.

I love playing and watching most sports, the gym, yoga, photography, walking, travel, music, ( I sing in a choir ) ( I'm a member of walking groups )
I also have a big interest in food and nutrition, and am having a go this year at growing my own veg.

I'm looking for a professional female lodger, who works full time, is very clean and tidy, and likes to live in a clean and tidy home.

Sorry I'm not looking for a male lodger on this occasion.

Religion, sexuality or politics, are not an issue, just someone who will appreciate and respect the time and effort I have put into my home.
