We are looking for a friendly and sociable housemate to join us in a 5 person house share in West Didsbury, just off Burton Road
Room
1st floor large front facing room, it comes with some furniture (see photos for ref). Lovely bedroom with two large windows and feature fireplace.
£585 a month, all bills included
Available from 1st Feb 2019. Please let us know if you require earlier move in date, negotiations might be possible.
The House
It is a 3 storey terrace (with a basement too) on a cul-de-sac off burton road so great location! Friendly road with good neighbours. Street parking is available . Behind the backyard is a communal garden space shared by the neighbours; great for summers and BBQs!
There are two bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living room. We keep it clean and tidy
The housemates
The housemates are 2 girls and 2 guys, we all get along great and work in professional 9-5 jobs. We like to socialise and get out to the local bars but also enjoy a nice chilled night in! We’re all sociable so spend a lot of time together. The house is very homely too!
Location
Just off Burton Road and a minute walk from all the bars of West Didsbury, with easy access to the tram (5mins walk) and main roads.
