One room is available immediately and the other on 14/05/21.
The house is very clean, tidy, light and spacious with a high quality finish. It has off road parking, large rear garden, fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine), 1 lounge, 1 lounge/dining room and a large bathroom (with bath and separate shower). All bedrooms have locks on the doors. Having two lounge areas offers more privacy if needed.

The house is situated directly opposite the bus and tram stops going into Manchester city centre, the airport (airport is 7 minutes away) and Wythenshawe hospital, with train stations very close by.
This property is ideal for professionals working at the airport and wythenshawe hospital.

I am a female occupant who likes to cook, garden, read, relax in front of a good film, visiting friends and enjoys adventures on the weekends. I am away from the property for long stints at a time.
I am a PE/dance teacher and English as a foreign language teacher.

I am looking for someone who is easy going, sociable and clean and tidy.
