Clean, quiet cosy flat with double room just ten minute walk from Conwy with parking on road outside flat. Small garden to side and back of flat. Mountain and garden views from bedroom and living room. Very quiet neighbours and good neighbourhood. Gyffin shop five mins from flat. Only ten mins from nearest supermarkets and cinema etc. Train station 3 mins in car. On main bus route.
My flat is a lovely and a lovely relaxing place to come home to at night and an excellent place to live in a very ery safe area. The flat is well insulated, fully centrally heated and has a combi boiler, bath and shower and electric and gas card meters so no bills apart from water bill. Service charges included.
Ideally I would like to share with a mature person(s) who does/do not smoke and enjoys a quiet life. My neighbours are quiet and we respect each others lifestyle. There is a young family next door and two little dogs downstairs but rarely any noise.
