The spacious apartment is set in a perfect central location within 2 minutes walk from the train station and all shops. 5 minutes walk from ASDA superstore and other supermarkets. Central heating and double glazed, superfast fiber broadband + all bills included !! so you don't need to worry about anything.


There are three bedrooms, 2 WC, 1 bathroom


The main room: private space will be the biggest bedroom, although down as double bed, it can easily fit a king bed. You will also have a mirror, desk, wardrobe, and bedside table. Room available from late May/ early June

Second room: Private space away from the living area with 2 steps leading into the room which is set in the new part of the building. bed, wardrobe, desk and a dresser will be provided. This room is extremely quiet and comfortable.

Third Room (king size ottoman bed): private space. Bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack will be provided.


To share: spacious kitchen/ living room/ as well as 1.5 bathrooms (one with a toilet/sink and another full bath/shower/sink/toilet).

Looking for friendly, trustworthy and very clean professionals to live in the apartment. People with a positive social life, you know, the standard, no pets, sensible, trustworthy.. and clean!! Please be clean :)

I am computer engineer with many connections so my line of work and social life mean that I travel and work away most of the time. I am friendly, clean and considerate of others sharing my space. Your privacy will be respected and you will have plenty of space (you won't even notice me!). I will be in London a lot for the next two years, Monday to Friday and most weekends, so I trust that the people staying will treat the place like their home and look after it.

Couples will be considered, however rent will be £1100aaa (inclusive of all bills and will need to be reviewed depeding on usage after one month)
