We are a professional couple looking to rent out our front main bedroom, we live in a four bedroom detached house in the centre of Fair Oak, with our 2 daughters. The room has a shared bathroom with our daughters aged 22 and 19. You have a single armchair and your usual bedroom furniture. We have two lounges so no need to share and a large kitchen dinner. You will have access to two fridges two freezers and your own cupboard space. We are happy to share our kitchen equipment as long as it's used respectfully. We have 3 pets one medium dog Maddie and two cats Oscar and Lily all very friendly. We have parking enough for one car.
The local amenities are a few minutes walk away and the Blue Star number 2 bus stop is just over the road.
