I am looking to rent my large en-suite double room on the second floor of the newly built Nash Mills estate. The room currently has two large wardrobes and flat screen TV on the wall. I can get a double bed and side table if needed. The estate has an overflow car park which is a 2 minute walk to the front door.
I am a very neat and tidy person and the flat is cleaned weekly so I would like someone who also likes a clean flat.
I work Monday to Friday and normally out and about on the weekends.
