Well located in Adeyfield which is a nice, quiet and green neighbourhood near Maylands Industrial Estate. The Crabtree and The Jubilee pubs, The Queens Square shops including Post Office, Co-op supermarket, pharmacy, take-aways and plenty more all within an easy 10 minute walk. Nearby bus route goes to the train station, town centre, Watford, St Albans and London. Great road connections with the M1 and A414 only 5 minutes away and the M25 and A41 about 10 minutes.

Council Tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband, living room TV licence, the professional cleaning team for the communal areas and the gardener to maintain the large front and rear gardens are all included in the rent.
