Double Room for rent in a spacious, newly renovated 4 bed house in lovely quiet area, its only two of us who live here so lots of room and space, with an extra spare room (not including this one thats for rent) house is close to train station, shops, fields/parks, Great location. On drive parking, nice garden for the summer, It's a Clean, Tidy, Quiet House which would suit young professional - male/female, someone who is fairly sociable and would like the odd glass of wine/dinner together now and then but often enjoy their own space, Smoking - Yes, but outside, Room available from the 1st June 2023, £600 a month, we have a really friendly and well behaved cockapoo dog, not sure what else to say, worth knowing that we have a cleaner on a Wednesday but you still have to do your own tidying up!!
