Double room to let in stunning 5 bed house

I have a large, furnished double room to let to a working professional, either commuting, Johnson Matthey or similar. Monday-Fridays only please.

We are located within 5 minutes walking distance from the town center and 10 minutes to train station.

The room comes with en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, kind-size bed, bedside cabinet and chest of draws.

Tenant will have access to the following shared rooms: kitchen, utility, dinning room, conservatory and lounge. The house has lots of outside space including a patio and garden. I can also offer a dedicated parking space and room in my garage to store bikes, etc.

All bills included with rent: Sky TV/broadband, gas/electric, council tax, water, etc.

Monday to Friday only please. Female professionals preferred. Sorry no pets will be considered.
