Shared bathroom but single downstairs toilet also.
Full kitchen access, washing machine, fridge, freezer, as you would expect.
Large back garden.
Cul-de-sac street parking generally available.
Unlimited broadband, basic package Sky connection available in your room, all bills included.
I'm pretty easy going, quite quiet, working full time & studying also & will be leaving you to do your own thing.
You must be an animal lover as this is also the home of a small black cat.
Summary: Mon - Fri only, single person room rental only - not full house share, references & deposit essential, animal lover essential.
