Shared use (with one other) of the newly fitted stone-lined designer bathroom with deep bath and power shower, kitchen, dining and living rooms. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The house is decorated to a high standard throughout.

There is a small paved garden with flower borders and a secluded outside eating area facing the evening sun making it ideal for al fresco meals (weather permitting!).

Tesco and the bus stops in St Peter's Street are an 8 minute walk (0.4 miles), the Cathedral and Verulamium Park are 15 minutes (0.75 miles) and the train is 18 minutes (0.9 miles). All shops and bars are within less than a mile.

Bills (high-speed broadband, electricity, gas, water) are all included.

You will not be restricted to your bedroom but will have the run of the house - it will be your home after all.

We are seeking someone mature (but not necessarily in terms of age) and responsible who is happy to be left on their own but equally, does not want to live like a hermit.

In addition to the usual (travel, meeting friends, socialising etc) main interests are music, history, archaeology and keeping fit..
