Large furnished refurbished room in shared house

I have a large room that has just been refitted and decorated in a shared house. The room has a fitted wardrobe and cupboards, with a worktop above. This sink has hot and cold running water and a cupboard below. A double bed is also supplied. There is a TV outlet for terrestrial TV.
The house is currently undergoing a refurbishment program with new double glazed windows and new carpets fitted in the hall, stairs and landing. A new replacement kitchen and replacement upstairs bathroom will be fitted in the very near future.
A cleaner comes once a week to clean the communal parts.
There are bathrooms on both floors, the downstairs bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and shower enclosure. The upstairs bathroom currently has a bath, wash hand basin and WC, however this is going to be renewed shortly.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, 2 fridges, freezer, 2 gas hobs and a single oven for all to share.
There is a small yard to the rear of the house.
Wi-fi Broadband and freeview tv to the room.
The house is close to Watford town centre and a short walk to Watford General hospital and Watford Metropolitan tube station.
