Double Furnished room in Adisham, Canterbury

I have a double room for rent in the lovely village of Adisham. The house is a 3 bedroom semi detached and Adisham train station is a 5 minute walk and a 10 minute commute to Canterbury centre. The village has a lovely community feel, everyone is so friendly and there’s plenty of countryside to explore. There is also free parking if you have a car.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a modern shared bathroom with a HUGE bath and walk in shower. There is also a w/c downstairs. The 3rd bedroom is an office space.

You would be living with myself and my dog Ali who comes to work with me. I am a tree surgeon so generally out working from Tuesday to Fridays from 8.30-4. I am very active and like to keep fit but also enjoy early nights as my job is quite physically challenging. There is also a gym that you’re welcome to use respectfully.

Preference to a male and a non-smoker/no drugs/no heavy drinker is essential.

Rent is £500 a month which includes bills/wifi and a weekly cleaner. Please note that I do not have a television so if you wish to bring one, you will need to pay the TV licence.
