20/25mins for Direct Trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Victoria with easy walking distance from Various Stations near by.

Easy Walking to Penge High Street, Crystal Palace or Beckenham High Street. (20mins walk)

Beckenham Spa and Library at end of the Road, 10-14mins walk.

Large 24hrs Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Local sainsbury’s, co-op & late night post office, lots of pubs, clubs, cocktail bars & restaurants near by.

I’m looking for clean, friendly individuals who want to live in a home rather than a flat share where we all be respectful, kind & most importantly can have a laugh!

Double Room is Available at the end of July, 29th.

Single Room is available Mid/September 20th.

Please note a feline friend lives here too, she is non fur shedding, clean and friendly. Anyone who is keen to use the garden will bond with her very quickly, as she loves it.... 😻.

When the weather permits BBQ’s will be plentiful.... ☀️

Deposit will be held in a Tenacy Deposit Scheme, Reference Checking is free and will commence as soon as you provided deposit and all required information.

The sooner this is done the better, then all is sorted and we can get you moved in on the agreed date.

This is a long term rental through a agency combined/landlords whom are amazing, so feel reassured things do get sorted quickly.
