It has 3 double bedrooms downstairs, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is a bathroom, separate WC and additional shower.

In each bedroom is a bed (divan or wooden frame), mattress, wardrobe, desk, study chair, bedside unit and chest of drawers (if sufficient space). All rooms have a digital TV aerial point and multiple sockets. All bedrooms have individual locks on a master key system; so copies can't be made.

Located between University and town centre, a short walk to both. The property is an end of terrace house.

The house has two shower rooms and a separate toilet. The living room is open plan with a good-sized galley-style kitchen and comfy sofa in a communal space. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern features and comes with a large gas hob, electric oven and microwave. 2 full-sized fridge freezers so plenty of space for everyone.

There is a patio area with a lovely garden to enjoy.
