Room 2: This is a double room on the ground floor of this house. The room is fully furnished with a brand new double mattress, double bed frame, carpet and curtains. The room has been recently painted. The room is available from 1 September 2022.

Room 4: It is a fully furnished cosy single room with a single bed. The room is available from 1 September 2022.

House: This property is a modern student house located in a quiet street with very easy access to town and local universities. The house has 5 bedrooms with a big living room and kitchen area. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs. The kitchen has a washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster and microwave included in the rent. The house is in excellent condition. All the communal areas have been recently painted and carpets renewed.

Location: The house is only 2 minutes away from the heart of the city.

Canterbury West Train Station - 3 minutes away on foot where you can go to London by high-speed train.
Sainsbury's Local - 2 minutes away on foot. It is open between 7 am – 11 pm, 7 days a week! There are also lots of other shops around.
UKC – 5 minutes away by bus.
UCA – 15 minutes away by bus.
CCCU – 15 minutes away by bus.

What is included in rent: all bills (electric, water, gas), fibre optic internet, TV licence, and cleaning the communal area of the house once a month.

Security Deposit: It is a 5-week rent of the specified room. The security deposit is protected under DPS.

Holding Deposit: It is £100 rent per room. This amount needs to be paid to secure a room. The Holding Deposit will be deducted from the first-month rent.

Rules: No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. We cannot accept couples. Parking is unfortunately not available on street. We require a guarantor from students.
