Hi , we are a group of three girls we are all friendly and are currently trying to find one more person to house share with for next year.
The house has a really nice landlord and is only a 10 minute walk from town. With amenities nearby such as a gym and shop , also a nearby bus stop.
The room itself is a good size room with a double bed, a new shared kitchen and bathroom. There is also a front room which is fully furnished and a decent sized garden in the front and back. Also plenty of parking just outside.
There is a £325 deposit , which pays for the last month of rent which would be in June. Rent is £325 a month , and bills are currently £35 a month.
