Serviced, Likeminded Living House Share

The Jambi house share is spread over two houses, number 43 + 44 next to each other in the heart of East Peckham Village, Kent

Number 44 has rooms available to rent, it's fully furnished and sits at the back of the house overlooking the gardens. 43 + 44 gardens are combined to create a larger space, all beautifully decorated with fairy lights, decking platform, hidden fire pit and a beautiful grapevine to sit under in the summer sun.

I live in 43 with my husband James, we recently moved in there after living in the hub of the Jambi at 44 for 4 years and sharing space with dozens of lodgers. 44 has four rooms that are rented out and we only allow single occupancy per room. We are often at 44 using the Yoga room and sharing a glass of wine :)

We have a golden retriever Poppy and some cats Stormzy, June and Eddie - all beautiful souls and love humans.

I've spent much time in house shares and have learnt that to keep a house share flowing smoothly and people kept happy some things need to be included in the rent, so i added a few things into the rental package:

The houses are in a sweet village East Peckham, close to Paddock wood main line train station, under an hour into London. Beautiful river walks, plenty of space to explore and so many clubs and groups to join in the village. Please note that you will need a car :)
