The room available is a large double (with double bed if required) and masses of storage. The house is in a very quiet residential area with driveway for parking and front and rear gardens. Secure shed for bike, golf clubs and anything else.
The rent is £425 per month and INCLUDES all bills, council tax etc, PLUS weekly cleaner visit.
The house has broadband and Sky with Sky Sports. I am offering a house share rather than a room and so you are welcome to use the lounge, kitchen, dining room, garden etc.
Preference is to share with a professional person that needs a base during the week and returns home at weekends.
Commuting times by car:
Aberdeen: 25-30 mins
Portlethen: 20 mins
Brechin: 15 mins
Montrose: 15 mins
