Double room available in spacious Dennistoun flat.

I have recently finished renovating my flat and I'm looking for a flatmate for when my current one moves back to America.

I'm very laid back and want to keep a chill vibe in the flat. I'm looking for someone who is also relaxed. Ideally someone who is up for sharing a meal every so often but also enjoys doing their own thing.

I'm mostly plant-based but i don't mind living with someone who isn't.

I love socialising with my friends, good coffee, climbing (bouldering) running, hiking and playing badminton. I started learning to play the ukulele in the first lockdown (but I'll try not to subject you to that) and I'm looking to begin learning French.

I travel for work (to France and other places in Europe) frequently, often you will be alone in the flat for a week or two at a time.

When I'm not traveling for work I WFH from the desk in my bedroom. There are other WFH workspaces available with the alcove in the living room having a wall mounted monitor, and the large kitchen table being good options which would be available for use.

I've created different areas which are nice to hang out in within the flat. I like to make sure my flatmates feel like it is our home, not just mine.

The window seats are comfy and are great to unwind in. The kitchen is a really nice space to hang out in.

The available room is south facing. The room is furnished with a blackout blind a new super comfy bed, semi-open wardrobe, desk space, dresser/bedside table and a smart TV and full length mirror.

Dennistoun is a fantastic area with a good community. There are some great coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and parks within a five minute walk, and the city centre is only 10 mins by bus or 25 by walking.
