Large, sunny, room in a friendly, quiet house, 5 mins from Southside. Great location for supermarkets and transport, but quiet and spacious.

There is a single room also available from May 30th, so may suit two friends.

Sharing with two others. Bus no 38 stops at the corner and is direct to city centre and to Strathclyde Uni ( approx 30-35 mins) via shawlands and southside shops.

There are two bathrooms, a lounge and dining room, seperate kitchen. So plenty of space and a garden.

I have a young dog, Ben and an elderly cat, so lots of good animal company when you're at home.

The house is a 3 bed bungalow with a great garden for summer. 100m from the Nuffield gym.

About me - I rented the house from March. I like classical, world and traditional music music and sing in a choir. I'm mostly veggie, meditate daily (TM), a do bit of yoga, swimming, and lots of dog walking ! I work 2-3 days a week at the office in East Kilbride, between playing tug of war with the dog. .

Ideal work at home space for a dog or cat lover.
