Seeking lodger for great room in creative flat.

Living Room

I have a large beautifull room available in a spacious Tenement flat nr Queens Park/Victoria Rd.
You’lol have got your own large double bedroom with Double-bed (v-comfy) bed, storage, workspace and seating. The bedroom is bright, southfacing, and overlooks a private garden.

There is a large shared living-room and well equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave a clean and bright 3 piece bathroom (on-demand shower /hot water and good storage)

Me.
I’m a friendly, creative and well-travelled person. I am a tradesman and a teacher in the fields of art, music and I keep pretty busy, my work is varied so It can regularly take me which means I am out a lot and away for some weekends.

As a flatmate of course I’m happy to spend down time, share the odd meal etc. I am happy to allow like the flat and room to be used flexibly
(All socialising will be kept in line with current Co-Vid policy and guidance.
