Ensuite room

This is a 2 bedroom house but you will have the shared areas for yourself as we are moving to Spain in mid-May. We may come over once or twice and stay in the house for 1-2 weeks and then leave again. After working long hours, you need a place called home, where you would take a good rest in a peaceful and beautiful home. Sometime you would like to invite your colleagues, friends to socialize or have a few drinks with them. Having a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, you can cook and enjoy delicious healthy meals and plenty of space to store as well as a bright and spacious living room. You need not only a place to sleep but also to enjoy the quality of life in a beautiful home. Lots of free parking available and bus stops within 5min walk where you can get the bus (316, 317, 21 ) to the city centre as well as bus and train stations. Easy access to Junction 1A of the M74. There are lots of green spaces very close to the house and the river walks, lovely Glasgow Green Park, People’s Palace museum, West Brewery (best German beer), Strathclyde University and the Common Wealth swimming pool just within a 3-4 min walk. Perfect to exercise along the river and enjoy nature.

Council tax and internet are included in the price and the electricity and gas bills will be your responsibility to pay for. In case you are a couple interested in the house you are welcome to apply and we would be happy to rent it to you for an extra £100 a month.
