Temporary- Cosy Flat In Glasgow West End

Hey all,

I am in the process of moving and looking for someone to move into my current room until end of lease in Feb. I will be leaving weekend of the 11th December so need someone ASAP.

Ideal candidate must be clean and tidy in the communal areas.

The room is a double but not big so apart from the built in mirrored wardrobe and a couple of side drawers there's not a lot of storage, so someone with not a lot of things would be ideal. En suite bathroom also.

The open plan living room/kitchen is super comfy and good for socialising. It gets lots of light through the day and looks out onto the street and a small park. We're on the second floor and you can also just about see the mountains in the distance which I like.

We're quite close to Glasgow University (bout a 40min walk/20min cycle) with great public transport nearby. Shops for groceries round the corner and cafes and bars walking distance.

Current flatmate is super laid back, quite relaxed and easy to get on with.

Council tax and bills all included. I'm the only one on the lease so there is no student discount offered unfortunately.
