Living/Dining Room

Will have a free bedroom while working away in South England. I will only be at the house once or twice every 1-2 months due to work commitments so you will have the flat to yourselves for the most part.

About Flat:
Located within 10 minute walk to Train Station (Newton) which has frequent transport to City Centre.
2 minute walk to bus stops that go directly into City Centre (frequent).
Car Parking Available on Premises

Your Room:
Large room with storage, desk and two double beds present. These are bunk-beds but they are extremely spacious and give you more floor area.

Living Room:
Shared living space with built-in wall aquarium, a fuel stove (ideal for lighting fires!), TV and Internet (Broadband included).

Kitchen: Kitchen space. Plenty of fridge space but limited freezer options due to current upgrades ongoing. Gas hob and oven. Note: Will be fitting a new oven in the property soon and will be undergoing kitchen upgrades Early/Mid November.

Balcony: Privately owned balcony/outdoor seating area by entrance.

Communal Area: I own all the garden furniture but this lies within the communal area. There is a Koi Pond, Seating Area and Garden Shed and Clothes Line for your leisure.

Pets considered: However no cats/dogs due to allergies. Small pets, birds, fish etc. will be considered. Feel free to ask about this as we do love animals but are just cautious of our personal allergies.

Bills: Council Tax payable if applicable. Will discuss this. Electricity and Gas not included, will discuss payment arrangements :)

In-Situ: Myself and my partner (26m and 23f). However, as stated above our presence will be extremely infrequent due to our current situation. During the last tenancy (September to December) I was only at the flat once for a weekend stop. So the whole place will be yours 99% of the time.

All applicants considered but female preference as my wife may be at the property sometimes without me. Simply as a safety precaution.
