Double room close to city centre

Hi, I am looking for a flatmate as my current one is moving to London and I like this flat too much to search for a place of my own. A bit about me: I am from Bulgaria and I have lived in Glasgow for 6 years. I will graduate my undergrad engineering degree this summer and soon after will start searching for jobs in Glasgow. I have many hobbies for which I never have time. I like to keep my surroundings reasonably clean. I’m pretty sociable and more often than not up for a chat but I also respect other people’s space.

I have a medium sized dog called Kobra so I am looking for someone that likes dogs. She is adorable and falls in love with anyone that she sees so she will be greeting you excitedly every time you come home.

I like to keep a free and chill environment at home and as long as you’re relatively clean, relatively alright and don’t do drugs in the flat, we’ll get along.

The flat:

The flat is a 20 minute walk from the city centre, a 1 minute walk from the park Glasgow Green and has a corner shop right next to it. It has a large, south facing living room with big windows (the available room is also south facing). The table by the window will be available for you to use as a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven, fridge, electric cooker, espresso machine, smoothie maker and juice squeezer. The bathroom has a shower/bath. It has gas central heating and double glazed windows. It is on the first floor and with low ceilings which makes it warmer than most flats I’ve been to. The available room has a double bed and closet storage. I have Wi-Fi which I would share (£21 in total which we can split). The letting agency works with 6 month rolling contracts.
