I’m an architecture student at the Glasgow School of Art looking for a flatmate to move into the spare room of a beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom corner tenement for January. I also welcome couples who would be interested in sharing the double room to get in touch to arrange a viewing. The rent is £500 pcm excluding bills for a single Tennant and £600 pcm for a couple. As the flat runs purely on electricity, the bills aren't too much and are currently around 30pcm in total for the full property.

At the top of Garnethill, the flat affords very convenient access to the city centre whilst also looking out onto the quiet and residential Renfrew Street. The flat is accessed directly from the street from its own personal steps. As the corner flat, the main living space and kitchen benefits from excellent light, with full height windows offering views onto the adjacent street of traditional Glasgow sandstone buildings. The flat comprises a shared living room combined with breakfast bar kitchen, 2 large double bedrooms, spacious hallway and bathroom.

The bedroom is furnished with 2 chests of drawers, wardrobe, electric radiator and double bed. Although the lounge is shared, I often work from home and don’t spend much time using the living space. I mostly keep to myself but always enjoy a good conversation and night-in.
